Vince McVay’s journey into the world of video production began over two decades ago in the fast-paced environment of news journalism. Starting out as a videographer, Vince quickly learned the art of capturing compelling, real-time stories—stories that needed to be both accurate and engaging. His time in the newsroom honed his skills in everything from shooting and editing to handling the pressure of live coverage. This foundation in news set the stage for what would become a long and successful career in video production, shaping his understanding of how powerful storytelling can be.

As the years passed, Vince transitioned from news to a broader spectrum of video production, eventually founding his own full-service company in Cleveland, Ohio. His experience in the field grew, and so did his passion for creating content that went beyond just delivering information. Vince began to combine his technical skills with a creative vision, crafting videos and photographs that not only captured moments but told stories—stories that were meant to connect people. Whether it was for corporate clients, nonprofits, or ministries, Vince knew that every story had the power to make an impact.

VINCE

Vince is a multi-Emmy award-winning cinematographer with over 23 years of experience in film and photography production. His diverse portfolio spans national documentaries, feature films, magazine television shows, music videos, commercials, and wedding photography. Deeply rooted in his faith and family, Vince believes that 167 Creative was born from both, serving as an extension of his personal and professional journey.

As a producer and director, Vince leads his team with a focus on crafting compelling visual narratives that resonate with audiences. Originally from Ohio, he has lived in more than seven states and traveled across the globe, capturing stories of hope, healing, passion, and inspiration. Through 167 Creative, Vince feels truly blessed to pursue his passion every day, using his talents to bring meaningful stories to life.

BAILEY

Bailey McVay is a Youth and Family Pastor with a deep heart for ministry and a passion for using technology to share the love of Jesus. Since 2017, he has been immersed in the church production world, joyfully blending his technical expertise with his calling to serve. A 2023 graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a degree in Youth and Family Ministry.

Bailey finds great fulfillment in helping others navigate the production side of ministry, equipping teams to use technology as a powerful tool for connection and worship. He’s inspired by the transformative stories that emerge from moments when God moves in someone’s life—testimonies that reflect His grace and power. Whether he’s behind a soundboard or leading a youth group, Bailey’s mission through 167 Creative is clear: to share the hope of Jesus and help others discover their story.

BRANDON

Brandon is a media producer with a passion for storytelling through film, photography, and live broadcasting. Over the years, he’s had the opportunity to bring a variety of creative projects to life, from independent films and commercials to live event coverage. Brandon is hands-on with the gear and the software, and loves the process of turning a vision into a finished piece that connects with an audience. Brandon earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Ohio University, where he specialized in Integrated Media and picked up a minor in Marketing along the way. Whether behind the camera or in the editing suite, Brandon is all about creating content that resonates.
